Tower 500 Garage

The Tower 500 garage restoration project will begin on Monday, February 10th, at 8:30 AM. All vehicles must be removed from the designated work area, which includes all four levels of the garage as part of Phase I. Notices will be placed on vehicles that need to be relocated, and residents who are unable to park on the 4th level will be offered complimentary valet service.

Phase I is expected to take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Management will keep residents informed and provide updates as the project progresses. For safety reasons, please do not enter any barricaded construction areas at any time.
